What if my package is marked 'Delivered', but I have not received it?Updated a year ago
If you have checked the tracking link for your package, and it is marked as Delivered, but you have not physically received your parcel, we suggest you:
1. Look around the immediate area (where the package would have been delivered).
2. Look around the wider property.
3. Check with neighbours to ensure it was not delivered to them by mistake.
4. Check with Concierge or Building Manager (if in an apartment building).
5. Check with your local Post Office (carriers will often leave your package with a local Post Office if delivery is unsuccessful).
If after completing these steps, you still cannot locate your package, reach out to the carrier directly for an update. Request they investigate where the delivery person left your package.
